When the profile says one thing and the website another, buyers notice. We design both from one set of facts, in one voice, so every document backs up the next. For Mrala, the profile was finished first and the website was built from it.
Mrala Enterprise
One brand system, from profile to website.
We designed Mrala Enterprise’s company profile and website as one system: the same type, colours and voice, from an 18-page profile to a 12-page site.
- Company profile
- Profile writing
- Website design

The client and the brief
What did Mrala Enterprise need?
Mrala Enterprise is a Level 1 B-BBEE, black-owned contractor in South Africa’s Northern Cape, working since 2016. It supplies fuel and supports mining, rail, engineering and construction work for clients in mining, agriculture, industry and the public sector.
The brief was a new company profile for tenders and new clients, then a website that says the same thing in the same voice.
We wrote the new profile from the old one and the client’s own services list, and every company detail was confirmed before it was finished. One old line, which listed a trading name as a separate company, was left out.
What we made
Company profile and website design that match page for page
The profile came first. The website was then built from it, so the two read as one document in two formats.

Three of the 18 profile pages: purpose and values, the six service areas, and the company at a glance.
The website opens with the profile’s cover line and a gold supply line that runs the slideshow.
The fuel page sets its products on the profile’s sand ground, in the same type and rules.
How we work, on a phone: the same four steps as the profile, in gold on ink.
Details worth seeing
How do print and web share one system?
The same four decisions run through every page of the profile and every page of the site.
Type
One type family
Headlines, text, labels and figures use one family in two widths, set the same way in print and on screen.
Colour
Colours from the logo
Ink, gold and a warm sand ground come from the logo. The profile holds them as global swatches, and the site uses the same values.
Words
The same copy
The website’s copy comes from the profile, and the service lists keep the client’s own wording.
Motion
A supply line
On the home page, a gold line with four stations runs the slideshow, with a glowing carriage that travels between them like ore on a conveyor.

What did Mrala receive?
- An 18-page A4 company profileA finished PDF for email and screen, with live text that can be searched.
- An editable master fileOne artboard per page, with paragraph styles, global colour swatches and named layers, plus the fonts and their licence.
- A 12-page websiteBuilt from the profile, with an enquiry form that saves every message and emails the office.
- Photos ready to replaceThe profile and the site share one photo set, and both are laid out so Mrala’s own project photographs can replace it picture by picture.
