Company profile template

Your brand, ready for your team to fill.

We design a company profile template in your own brand, so your team can update projects, people and figures without breaking the layout.

What it is

What is a company profile template?

It’s a set of ready-made pages in your brand, with styles, layouts and sample content your team replaces. The design decisions are already made, so anyone can add a project or update a certificate and the result still looks right.

Generic downloads carry someone else’s look and need hours of rework. Ours are designed for your organisation and built in software your team already uses.

How we build them

How we make a template that stays tidy

  1. Build the styles

Headings, body text, captions and tables become named styles, so formatting is one click.

  2. Fix the brand

Logos, footers and backgrounds sit in headers, masters or locked areas, out of reach of stray clicks.

  3. Test with real content

Long names, extra projects and missing photos are tried first, and the template arrives with a short guide.

Questions

Questions about templates

Question not here? Send it to us and we will answer it directly.

Ask a question

Can we edit the template without design software?

Yes, if it’s built in Word, PowerPoint or Google Docs, which most teams already use. We only suggest InDesign when a profile is long, image-heavy and printed often, and someone on your team has the software and the skills. For everyone else, an office format is the better choice.

What happens to our brand fonts in Word?

If a font isn’t installed on a computer, Word swaps in another and the layout shifts. Where the font licence allows, we embed the fonts in the template; where it doesn’t, we choose a close match that every computer already has. Either way, documents look the same on every desk.

Can you turn our existing profile into a template?

Yes. We rebuild it with proper styles and fixed brand areas, so it can be updated without anyone nudging text boxes around for an afternoon. If the design feels dated, we can refresh it at the same time while keeping the structure your team already knows.

How is a company profile template priced?

The number of page types and the format. A Word template with a cover, a few inner layouts and a contact page is quicker to build than an InDesign template with many variations. Matching letterhead, quote and slide templates add to it, and each one is listed in your quote.

Want the first edition done for you?

We can write and design the full profile, then hand over the template so your team keeps it current. Start with company profile design and profile writing, then add the template to the same quote.
