Conference slides have their own rules: a large room, a distant screen and an audience that can’t scroll back. Send us the event’s screen ratio and your talk outline, and we design slides that read from the back row and support you instead of competing with you.
Presentation design
Slides that help you win the room.
Our presentation design turns what you need to say into slides people follow, and gives your team templates that keep every future deck on brand.

What we make
One deck, or a template for every deck?
Decks
One-off presentations
Pitch and investor decks, board papers, conference talks and tender presentations, written and designed for one occasion.
Templates
Branded templates
A master template with a layout for each type of slide you use, so the whole team builds on-brand decks without a designer.
Rebuilds
Deck makeovers
Your existing deck rebuilt on a proper template, with clearer charts and fewer words on each slide.
Choose your software
Keynote, PowerPoint or Google Slides?
We build in all three. Pick the one your team already opens every day, because a template people have to convert is a template they stop using.
| Software | Best for | Fonts | Default slide |
|---|---|---|---|
| PowerPoint | Most companies, and decks sent to clients | Embeds most fonts, licence permitting | 16:9, 13.333 × 7.5 in |
| Google Slides | Teams editing together in a browser | Google Fonts only | 16:9, 10 × 5.625 in |
| Keynote | Mac and iPad users, and talks on a big stage | Fonts installed on each Mac | 16:9, 1920 × 1080 px |
How it works
How a presentation project runs
Story first
We agree the audience, the outcome you want and the running order before designing a single slide. Weak decks usually have a structure problem, not a design one.
Design the system
We design title, section, content, chart, quote and closing slides, then build them as layouts in your software.
Build and hand over
We build the deck or template, test it on Windows and Mac, and add a one-page guide for the people who will use it.

Questions
Questions about presentation design
Question not here? Send it to us and we will answer it directly.
Ask a questionHow many slides should a pitch deck have?
As few as the story allows. Investors and buyers skim, so each slide should make one point you could say in a sentence. A long deck often shrinks once the story is clear, with supporting detail moved into an appendix or a document you leave behind after the meeting.
Can you write the content as well?
Yes. We can shape the story from your notes, a report or a call, write the slide headlines and cut the body text down to what the audience needs to see. Speaker notes carry the rest, so the presenter has the detail to hand without reading it off the screen.
How is presentation design priced?
A one-off deck is priced on the number of slides and how much writing, chart work and image sourcing it needs. A template is priced on how many layouts it has and whether we also move existing decks onto it. Both come as a fixed quote, and you can add the other later.
Will a template work for people who aren’t designers?
That is the whole point of it. Layouts with placeholders mean people choose a slide type and start typing, rather than drawing boxes. Locked logos and built-in colours and fonts keep the brand intact, and the guide shows which layout to use for which job.

Tell us if it’s a single deck or a template you need, which software your team uses, how many slides or layouts you expect and your deadline. Attach a current deck if there is one. We then price your presentation design as a fixed quote.
