Company profiles, tender documents and business plans have their own pages under profiles and documents, where writing and design are quoted together. For print, see print design. Either way, one team writes and lays out the piece, so you brief it once.
Copywriting services
Plain words, in your voice.
Our copywriting services cover every piece of writing an organisation needs: website pages, blogs, press releases, handbooks, procedures and the emails customers get.

Services
Which kind of writing do you need?
Copywriting and content writing services from the team that designs your website, profile and print, so the words and the layout arrive together. Every job starts with facts from you, follows your brand guidelines where they exist, and is written in plain English, spelt for the country you sell in.
| Service | What it’s for |
|---|---|
| Website copywriting | Home, service, about and FAQ pages written for readers and for search |
| Blogs and articles | Posts that answer the questions your customers ask, one at a time |
| Press releases | News written the way editors expect it, with the quotes and the facts in place |
| CVs and cover letters | A CV (a résumé, in the USA) and letter written for a particular job |
| Staff handbooks and HR policies | Written and laid out from your facts, checked by your HR adviser or lawyer |
| Standard operating procedures | Step-by-step procedures staff can follow without asking |
| Market research and SWOT analyses | Market, competitor and SWOT reports built from real figures |
| Customer surveys | Surveys designed, run and summarised in a short report |
Job adverts
What makes a job advert work?
The job title people actually search for, the pay, the place and the hours in the first few lines, then what a week in the role looks like. Candidates skim dozens of adverts; the ones that say what the job pays and where it is get the applications. We write the advert for the job boards and your site, and the longer job description for the interview, from a job description template built once for your organisation.
We split must-haves from nice-to-haves and cut wording that puts good people off. Your HR adviser checks the final text against employment and equality law in your country; we never give legal advice ourselves.
Replies to reviews
How should you reply to reviews?
Quickly, calmly and in your own voice, because the reply is read by far more people than the reviewer. Responding to reviews is a small weekly job most organisations put off. We write the replies for you, or a bank of starting points your team can adapt.
Good
The five-star review
Thank them by name, mention the detail they praised and invite them back. Four sentences at most, and never the same four twice.
Bad
The complaint
Acknowledge it, say what you will do and offer a direct way to talk. No arguing in public, and no excuses that sound like excuses.
Unfair
The review that isn’t true
Report it to the platform through its own process, then reply briefly for the sake of other readers, with the facts and without heat.
Customer emails
Which customer service email templates do you need?
The emails customers get most often are usually written in the greatest hurry. A set of customer service email templates, each in your voice with the blanks marked, keeps the reply quick and still sounding like you.
- Enquiry receivedWhat happens next and when, so the customer stops wondering whether the message arrived.
- Quote and follow-upThe quote email itself, and the polite nudge a week later that most firms never send.
- Complaint replyA first reply that calms, asks the right questions and promises a named person will answer.
- Payment remindersThree stages, from friendly to firm, that keep the relationship while they collect the money.
- Review requestAsked at the right moment, with the link, in two sentences. Automated versions are set up under email marketing.
Chatbot scripts
How is a chatbot script written?
A chatbot is only as good as the words someone gave it. We write the chatbot script and the paths between its answers; your chat tool, on your website or on WhatsApp, runs it.
Collect the real questions
From your inbox, your phone log and your front desk, not from guesswork.
Write the answers
Each one short, in your voice, ending with the next step: a link, a form or a person.
Map the paths
The greeting, the menu, what the bot says when it doesn’t understand, how it hands over to a human and what it says outside hours.
Test on a phone
Every path read aloud and tapped through on a small screen, then loaded into your tool with a copy of the script for later edits.
Questions
Questions about copywriting services
Question not here? Send it to us and we will answer it directly.
Ask a questionHow do we start?
Email hello@redfoxbranding.com or use the project form with what needs writing, who will read it and when you need it. We then ask for the facts: your current documents, your website, the names of the people who know the subject and any brand guidelines. The quote is fixed and lists every piece of writing it covers, and fees are set out on the pricing page.
How do you learn to write in our voice?
By reading what you already say and listening to how you say it. We read your website, your emails and your best proposal, and spend an hour with the person who talks to customers most. If your brand guidelines have a tone of voice section we follow it; if not, we write a short one as part of the job, so the voice holds when other people write later.
Do you write for the UK, the USA and South Africa?
Yes, and we spell for the market you sell in, so an American reader sees American spellings and a CV becomes a résumé. More than spelling changes. A press release for a South African trade paper, a job advert in Pennsylvania and a handbook for a Liverpool employer each follow different conventions and laws, and we write to the ones that apply to your readers.
What do you need from us?
Facts, and access to the people who hold them. We don’t invent testimonials, figures or claims, so everything in the finished text is something you told us or we could verify. For handbooks, policies, contracts and anything with legal weight, the wording is checked by your HR adviser, lawyer or accountant before use. We write and lay it out; they confirm it is right.

Get a quote for copywriting services
Tell us what needs writing, who will read it, where it will appear and when you need it. We reply with a fixed quote in pounds, dollars or rand that lists every piece, and nothing starts until you agree to it. That is how all of our copywriting services begin.
